Stop searching the payout site, find out what is the panel of the iptv you broke.
If you are in turkey, use usa vpn, do not boot more than 14, you will be banned.
In the config, just change XXXXXXXX:XXXX ip:port to these places, save it, start scanning.

yes you use mac list only, ip port is valid for every site.
